I feel like this is getting really ugly.
Go back and look at the history of the Fugitive Slave Act, my friend, and you'll have a bit of an idea of just ugly it could get.
 
Oh jeez! Lol! The only one doing monitoring on anyone and everyone is the federal government. But stock those fears of ridiculous notions for the weak minded.

Pretty soon they'll handcuff all pregnant women to hospital beds and watch them 24/7.
