I use proxies and VPN's like Cyber Ghost and Tor. Thats about it.
Nebulous said:I only use them when I get blocked by a server. Some hosts inforce very high security settings and if you browse around a forum or website too quickly (load the page too many times), the server thinks you are a spam bot or something and then bans you. Most of them only block you for an hour or two. Others (like Cirtex, a host we used to use) would do a permanent block and I would constantly be sending in support tickets to get people unblocked. Those who didnt know what was happening, probably assumed that the forum went down and stopped visiting.

That sucks that you're stuck with dial up. How are you even able to stay on the Internet without getting kicked off all of the time? When I had dial up. It was horrible.

With my old provider AOHell, I got kicked off constantly. I have now been using another provider for 8 months now. I have yet to be kicked offline.
