What kinds of rice do you like? What meals do you make with it? What can you add to it or eat with it?

I like White Rice, and I hate Brown Rice. It tastes like nothing. DON'T get me started on rice noodles (
puke.gif
).
 
We usually have rice 4 or 5 times a week. Rice, by itself. Chili and rice, beans and rice, wild rice as a side dish with chicken, rice pudding, fried rice with Chinese food.



We usually have either white rice, wild rice, rice-a-roni (the San Francisco treat) or brown rice.
 
I like to put cheese and broccoli with boiled white rice.

Brown Rice is lovely..



I had some Pilau rice last night with my indian meal.
 
Im eating rice right now with broccoli. Put too much pepper in though.

Love rice and this is one of my favorite recipes since it's quick and easy to make:

1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup (Regular or 98% Fat Free)



1 cup water



3/4 cup uncooked regular long-grain white rice



1/4 teaspoon paprika



1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper



4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (about 1 pound)



Stir the soup, water, rice, paprika and black pepper in a 2-quart shallow baking dish. Top with the chicken. Season with additional paprika and black pepper. Cover the baking dish.

Bake at 375°F. for 45 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the rice is tender.
