And you aren't, you're my enemy![]()
You said that google is my friend.
Also didn't you warn me earlier?![]()
@Kyng will like this gif
I think it was the automated message that scared me lolWarnings are simply a reminder of the what the rules are. People take things like this way to seriously.
This does not follow our rules. Your message may have been removed or altered.
Your account's access may be limited based on these actions. Please keep this in mind when posting or using our site.
Hmm I'll have the change the wording in that. Thats what the software programmed in there by default. The line "Your account's access may be limited based on these actions. Please keep this in mind when posting or using our site." doesn't need to be in there since it doesn't apply here.I think it was the automated message that scared me lol
Yeah I think it would be wise to have tailored wording to state the sanction applied, if any, to the account or whether the warning is not followed by any sanction but is just a reminder of the rules... for the sake of clarity. Of course each case differs @Nebulous![]()
Wait I don't have access to the ACPYeah I just removed that line from the warning text.
For XF forums, go into ACP, then 'phrases' and search for:
warning_conv_text.1
warning_conv_text.2
warning_conv_text.3
warning_conv_text.4
Wait I don't have access to the ACP
Idk why you posted the procedure haha
Oh right, I've never needed to use formal warnings. I just use verbal warnings - sometimes friendly wording, sometimes sterner wording. So you can do it on the forum you Admin at, duh![]()

I think we all have the same mindset at the site I co-admin haha - in fact, the site owner thinks I can be too blunt. Blunt = to the point without getting personal. Idk though, when someone repeatedly makes the same mistake especially after laughing at a warning, it's no longer a mistake, it's a decision.Same here (personally), but you have other staff members there who might decide to handle a situation differently.![]()

You’re correct, there has been disagreements I won’t discuss of course.I know most of your co-staff pretty well and I'm thinking you're not all on the same page, but thats all I'll say about that.![]()
Thats the name of this forumBut that doesn’t relate to the warn button so you’re going off topic here![]()
So off topic that it's deadSo everything from post #16 or 17 down is off topic.
