Saying 'No'

I'm definitely one of those people who has trouble saying no to people, especially if I'm suddenly put on the spot.

How good are you at saying no to people?

I could do better with it like when people add stuff onto my work load at work. A co-worker told me that I am a people pleaser and I need to say no more.

Now, I have no problem. Years ago, yes. But given with how much others take advantage is this time, I have to put my foot down.

I can relate. Saying no on the spot is challenging, and when they press with the come on why not it's even tougher.
I'm getting better at it but there's still room for improvement.
