How often do you get Spam e-mails? What do you do with them?

I get quite a lot of spam and I sometimes read them just to get a few laughs. Like one time I got the chance to get something I apparently always wanted: A Norwegian Domain Name!!!

I get spam e-mails every day. They go directly into a spam folder and I delete them. I would never click on any of them fearing they can contain a virus that will give me the blue screen of death. From some of the subject titles, I am getting pretty much the same as Dragon.

I have an email account that I use to sign up for things that might end up spamming me later. I don't get too, too much spam, but it's the typical you'd expect; lotteries from Millenium Magazine, black market viagra, something about a schoolgirl doing something strange with a bottle of mustard, etc.

On my other accounts, I only give out my email to trusted contacts, thus reducing the likelihood of spam.

I don't know how many I get, I don't check my email often and stuff automatically gets deleted

I've found my Yours Fairly Fried mail and this was the entire message:

I BLESS YOU FROM MY HEART.

From: Tamara Zahran.

Dear Friend,

I am Mrs Tamara Zahran. and i have been surffering from ovarian cancer disease and the doctor says that i have just two days to leave.I am from (Baalbek) Lebanon but based in Africa Burkina Faso since eight years ago as a business woman dealing with gold exportation. Now that i am about to end the race like this, without any family members and no child.I have 3 Million US DOLLARS in Africa Development Bank(ADB)Burkina Faso which i instructed the bank to give St Andrews Missionary Home in Burkina Faso. But my mind is not at rest because i am writting this letter now through the help of my computer beside my sick bed.

I also have $4.3Million US Dollars at Ecobank here in Burkina Faso and i instructed the bank to transfer the money to the first foreigner that will apply to the bank after i have gone that they should release the fund to him/her,but you will assure me that you will take 50% of the money and give 50% to the orphanages home in your country for my heart to rest. You are to contact the bank through this email address.

--- Yours fairly fried,

Madam Tamara Zahran

Interesting but if I'm honest I'd rather have a Norwegian Domian Name than money

I get crappy scam emails of trust funds, people wanting to send money, crap like that. Automatically deleted, no questions asked. I don't even respond to it.

Here's one I just recieved a while back:

From: Mrs.Lilian Clinton Foundation,

Dearest Friend,

Sorry about this mail you are about to read, My Name is Mrs.Lilian Clinton, married to Mr.Nebulous Clinton. We were married for eleven years and He died after a brief illness that lasted for only four days. Before his death we were both born again Christians. Since his death I decided not to re-marry or get a child outside my matrimonial home which the Bible is against. When my late husband was alive he deposited the sum of $5 Million (Five Million U.S Dollars) in security firm.

Presently, this money is still with the Security Company in London England. Recently, Having known my condition I decided to donate this fund to church or better still a Christian individual that will utilize this money the way I am going to instruct here in.I want a church or individual that will use this to fund churches, orphanages and widows propagating the word of God and to ensure that the house of God is maintained. The Bible made us to understand that Blessed is the hand that giveth.I took this decision because my husband relatives are not Christians and I don't want my husbands hard earned money to be misused by unbelievers.

I don't want a situation where this money will be used in an ungodly manner, hence the reason for taking this bold decision. I am not afraid of death hence I know where I am going. I know that I am going to be in the bosom of the Lord. Exodus 14 VS 14 says that the lord will fight my case and I shall hold my peace. I don't need any telephone communication in this regard because of my health and because of the presence of my husband's relatives around me always. I don't want them to know about

this development. With God all things are possible. As soon as I receive your reply I shall give you the contact of the Security Company. I will also issue you a letter of authority that will empower you as the original-beneficiary of this fund. I want you and the church to always pray for me because the lord is my shepherd. My happiness is that I lived a life of a worthy Christian.

Whoever that wants to serve the Lord must serve him in spirit, and truth. Please always be prayerful all through your life.Any delay in your reply will give me room in sousing for a church or Christian individual for this same purpose. Please assure me that you will act accordingly as I stated herein. Hoping to hear from you.

Remain blessed in the name of the Lord,His Love.

I await your response,

Mrs.Lilian Clinton Foundation.

He is capitalised in the middle of a sentence, as if the husband were God.

That's not been written very well
