Like from his story I had a interaction where the person had that weak look about him and was 25 pounds lighter than me. At 17 I was pretty good and in fantastic shape at Taekwondo. I thought I was the big man on the block but he took me apart in seconds over and over with each round. It taught me humility big time which was the intention of that training session.
