I really like watching peoples' old videos of going to a restaurant or visiting a store from the 90s or 80s or even before. It's a reminder of how things used to be, so figured we might as well share a few here that we found on YouTube, just in case anyone else likes to watch them, too. Maybe it's an old training video, or maybe it's just someone's old home movie that they've uploaded. Let's see those yesteryears!

Aren't they?! I love watching those kinds of videos :D

Yeah, but I do have to say that we have nicer restaurants nowadays, some of those were looking pretty ghetto back then. :P

I like the modern aesthetic more than fake laminate wood everywhere and cracked tiles they had back then. :P

Oh absolutely, we have moved forward quite a ways from the faux wood paneling and brown menu boards galore. I miss the prices, though!!

Yes! Prices were way cheaper back then. Adjusted for inflation we are still paying way too much nowadays.

Yep, when fast food was fast food, not trying to be gourmet with $12 burgers and $5 fries. The prices just now are ludicrous. Watching those old videos, I saw one customer paying less than $5 for three double cheeseburgers. Today? That's $15 easily!

Yes. You should see California prices, double everything you just said :P

I used to work for the west coast version of Hardees :D (Carls Jr)
....only for a very brief period of time when I was a teenager. That job sucked.
