Should any court have jurisdiction over offences in other countries?

I suppose it could be an idea.. People should not be allowed to commit crimes and then just run somewhere else to escape punishment. I think they should be arrested and transported back to the country where the offense took place though.

No. Each country is very different in what they allow and don't allow--that would be a step to making us one society.



There should be and are extridition treaties between countries. But a lot of countries--even those like France--won't extridite to the US because we have the option of the death penalty.

Yes, France will extradite. Many countries, such as Mexico, Canada and most European nations, will not allow extradition if the death penalty may be imposed on the suspect unless they are assured that the death sentence will not be passed or carried out.

I think they should, but it will never happen. If this was allowed we could help the gays of uganda from being slain all becuase they are gay

No, they shouldn't. Crimes committed in a country should stay in that country.
