What do you do for exercise?

Not a darn thing.
 
Heavy weights as I find it the most enjoyable fitness. I'll get into cardio moods every now and then, but my retirement plan isn't good enough for too much cardiac health.

How much can you lift?
I normally stay with no more than 225lbs for benches and such. My motivation often wants me to do more, but my torn rotator cuff and compressed neck remind me that it is not the best idea very fast. I could likely modify how I do many exercises to achieve more, but I am too stubborn to help myself.

I go to the gym, ride bikes and go fishing :)
