You Give Soft Feedback

You're not one to give feedback much, especially when it feels like it may be an intrusion.
Any feedback you give is very gentle. You prefer to guide or suggest whenever possible.

It is just in your nature to be as compassionate as you can. You only will criticize if there is no other option.
Whenever you have the choice, though, you prefer to lead by example. You would rather fix your own life than get involved in someone else's.

You Give Detailed Feedback

You think that most feedback can be more damaging than helpful, especially if it's of the vague variety.

When you give feedback you stick to the facts - lots of them. You try to be as objective as possible.

You believe that advice or criticism should never be too personal. You are not trying to offend with your feedback.

You are more concerned with what works than with what is correct. You give suggestions not commands.

You Give Balanced Feedback

When it comes to feedback, you don't see anything as black and white. You take a more measured approach.
You believe that people usually are doing something right... or at least something well intentioned.

You can always find a little praise along with your criticism. And you try to always lead with praise if possible.
On the occasions that you only have praise, you still leave room for improvement. You try to inspire with your feedback.
