I have a member on a forum who keeps violating our No Flaming rule. He was just brought back a couple months ago from a ban and said he would try to not flame, but he's at it again. The thing is, when I speak to him about it, he won't take responsibility for what he types. It's always someone else's fault.

How do you get members to take responsibility for what they do wrong on your forum?

Maybe putting his/her account under moderating mode or removing that bad apple from the container. To be part of a community one must behave as a social creature. It's nothing personal, it is what it is.
