Yes, and WWE and TNA have a partnership now.
You hear Shane McMahon is trying to get through the AEW front door?
Rumors state that Shane, and Vince, want to buy AEW.
also, been rumors that WWE going to bring back WCW, and ECW.
WCW did plenty of shit to bankrupt themselves; WWE didn't have to do a damn thing (well, other than not f-up the Invasion angle; had Vince swallowed his pride he could've ran with that angle for years).Shane wants to work for them, Vince is never coming back and WWE isn't trying to bring back WCW and ECW lol. The "Who Killed WCW" thing wasnt associated with WWE in anyway.

And Vince, by the way, did want to bring back WCW - well, WCW Nitro anyway - and the networks told him "Over our dead bodies will it return."
Thank you for the correction. No, I mean now. We all know he was thinking of turning Raw into Nitro for a short period of time. But people on social media were thinking that they were gonna bring it back because of the Netflix deal.
Vince Russo, is, as usual, full of shit.Recent rumors suggest Shane McMahon could be eyeing an AEW debut. To add fuel to those rumors, controversial former WWE and WCW writer Vince Russo now appears, who spoke to Sportskeeda Wrestlebinge and said that he believes there is an outside possibility that Vince McMahon will secretly collaborate with Shane McMahon to potentially take over AEW.
Russo said he believes the possible AEW acquisition would take place with Shane at the forefront, as it looks clean to the public, while Vince McMahon could be operating behind the scenes without anyone knowing.
"We saw this with WCW, it happened before." AEW purchase might be under Shane's costume, that's all I'm saying. Shane is as clean as a whistle. Vince could be behind without anyone knowing, brother," Russo said.

Historically speaking, its important to remember WCW as they were the only truly competitive alternative to WWE (then-WWF) back in the 1990's. That said, Jarrett's right; it is 23+ years since the Monday Night Wars ended and there's no need to revive it.“Reviving WCW on Netflix? As much as I would hope and want, and I could get emotionally invested in WCW on Netflix, the reality is that we are 23 years removed from the brand being on television. The nWo still sells a boatload of merchandise, but WCW hasn’t sold, to my knowledge, much of anything. A couple of retro shirts here and there, something to that effect. I don’t see a tremendous value there, but with that being said, you own the IP, you own the library, and you have the ability to have multiple connective tissues, whether real relatives, and you have a throwback of a lineage that truly exists. There is a run of 83 weeks, you have all that kind of stuff.
If Haitch is smart, he'll revive it on WWE.com, then turn it into a streaming channel. They had a WWE Classics channel and they killed it off because of the WWE Network. They cant use Netflix for anything else other than Raw until 2026 anyway.
