I’m really trying to hold off on making coffee right now.
I’ve got a glass of water that I’m working on finishing. If I make coffee, I’ll likely skip the water, so I’m making a real effort to drink more of it.i'm recently quit smoking and when i crave a smoke, i actually got for cold icey water and it works a treat hahaI’m really trying to hold off on making coffee right now.

I've never heard anyone mention that drinking ice water can help with smoking,
What about when you have coffee? My sister had to avoid coffee when she quit smoking because she used to smoke while drinking coffee. She found it hard to separate the two.
As for me, I don’t smoke, I just struggle to drink enough water.

When i started to quit smoking and had a couple of days of no smoking I had a cup of coffee i absolutely hated it and now i can't stand the taste of it haha (SHOCKING) haha
If you struggle to drink water, add flavours you can get some simple no sugar flavour things that help!!!
