Back Pain

How do you deal with back pain?

Aleve, plus either heat or ice.

Ice packs and heating pads...and then CVS brand Advil.

I live with back pain everyday. But since most of the time for others it is because of strain or something along those lines I use naproxen (aleve) and a heating pad or depending on what happened to your back stretching helps too!

Stretching does help. I have been doing stretching lately to keep the back pain at bay. It's helped some, I hope it continues to help.....
