What types of stuff did your mom do?
Welllllll........at the assisted living facility where she was before they kicked her out & she moved in with us - - (remember, now, this woman could not even figure out how to operate a common doorknob) they found her in her room eating a gallon of ice cream out of the container with a butter knife which she had 'lifted' out of the locked freezer in the kitchen in the middle of the night. But the thing that was the last straw with the manager was that Mom had taken a bunch of the very nice cloth napkins out of the very nice dining room and had cut them into very nice little-bitty pieces.

Then one day I found her standing on the driveway, all dressed with purse & all. I asked her what was going on, she said said she was waiting for the bus. Okay. Then she asked me if I was the bus driver. We lived about a mile up a dirt road out in the boonies.....no bus service
Then one day she was staring out of the window toward the shop/barn: she said, "Come here; what is that green thing I'm seeing down there?" I told her that I couldn't see anything different or unusual. After a couple of minutes she happily exclaimed, "OH! That's me! (laughter)".
What "it" was.....there was a green garden hose wrapped around a hose-hanger on a fence post. (this is about 300 yards or so away)

Then one day she locked herself in the shop bathroom & was stuffing small towels in the toilet & flushing them.

Tons of fun!

@PGen98 ......... look at it like this: You're getting some very good, exclusive, one-of-a-kind combat training. o_O

Oh it's absolutely fun, isn't it? Just non-stop!

She sounded like quite the character!

eating ice cream with a butter knife? You cant fit much ice cream on the tip of a butter knife. It must have taken her forever to eat that gallon of ice cream :P

I can't even eat pasta.

Who needs to eat it when you can shove it in your couch?

Where would I even get this pasta?
The grocery store? Food delivery apps? :P
I've got you covered:

Those are cute! Almost tempted to buy this one: https://www.zazzle.com/dried_pasta_throw_pillow-189673641471493012
....but I wouldn't spend $46 on just one pillow.
