Many people usually stay up late. However, some people just sleep early. This depends on your routine and your work schedule as well. Some people stay up late because their job demands them to do so. Having said that, there are many people who usually stay up late just because they like to do so. So, what's your routine?

Yes, I have to sleep early at night. It's why I do my best to get my daughter in bed as early as possible so I can sleep early too. I sleep latest by 9pm.

Not really, I'm definitely more of a night owl. I always tell myself I'm going to start going to bed earlier, but then 10pm rolls around and suddenly I'm "just gonna watch one more episode" or "quickly check social media" and before I know it it's past midnight. Classic procrastination but with sleep lol.

I function better when I get to bed by like 10:30-11, but my natural rhythm seems to be staying up until 12:30-1am. Weekends are worse - I'll easily stay up until 2am just because I can. Then Monday hits and I'm dragging myself out of bed like a zombie, swearing I'll go to bed early that night... and the cycle continues.

I've tried all the sleep hygiene stuff - no screens before bed, reading instead, melatonin, whatever - but honestly I think I just like those quiet late night hours when nobody's bothering me and I can finally decompress. It's like my brain doesn't want to shut down until the world feels properly settled, you know? Probably terrible for my health but here we are.

Well, considering I usually fall asleep anytime after 4am, does that even count as sleeping at night'?
That is technically the morning! So I guess I don't actually sleep at night at all.

I am also a night owl as well. I sleep early sometimes, but only when I take my pills. Being a night owl is certainly not good for health. I sleep at 4:00 am or even later. If your routine is messed up, you will have trouble sleeping early.

Nah, I don't sleep early. I sleep earlier once in a blue moon. At night, my brain does better and I feel very calm. It works for me better because everything is just aligned. Last week, I promised myself to sleep by 10pm, next thing it was 1am scrolling nonsense on Facebook.🤣

I am terrible about going to bed at a decent time. I'll get busy doing something, and then it'll be 2 AM. Even when I have work early in the morning the next day, I'm still up a lot later than I should be. I go to work on 4-5 hours of sleep typically.

No, I don't sleep early at night. In fact, it have gotten worse of late because I stay awake till around 2-3AM before I would force myself to sleep.

I don't joke about going to sleep early every night. That is how I get to become effective the next morning. Going to bed late any day hasn't yielded any better results for me ever.
