No; as a member of staff, you never want to air someone's dirty laundry in the open for everyone to see.Or do you think it’s only a Moderator’s job to know about warning/ban history?
I think our team has a great grasp on what spam is.I think one of the moderators should read a dictionary because they don't have a clue what Spam is?

I guess that's two moderator's now who didn't bother to give their definition of Spam. Honestly posting. all those songs on my thread which didn't interfere with other's enjoment of this site does not qualify as Spam.
Care to tell me how posting on my own thread
was stupid
was pointless
was annoying especially since no one complained
What the hell does message have to do with it?
I'm glad they are gone then. We don't need no trouble or dramaNah you are fine. The guy who was being trouble for the board is gone for a long time now as I guess he chose to be removed from the board for good. I was just making a few observations that's all.
On XDA, there are literal adults that act like 10 year olds and have no idea what a “discussion” is. They often go off topic and beg for a rom to be made.No. I have a moderation board for a reason. I treat it like peer mediation. The only people involved are those in conflict and those with the authority to do something about it.
All parties understand that what is said there, stays there, and that they aren't to speak of what transpired. After everything is said and done and there has been resolution, the thread is locked and archived so that the next users in conflict can't be nosy. Regular members know from the rules not to question a staff decision, as it isn't their business.
I have been doing this for years, but mostly for my brother's old forum, most of the people on mine are adults and so there isn't as many issues, but this is the process I would follow if there were.
And THAT'S why most of them moved to Github or Telegram.. where inevitably they did the same on Telegram and the dev quit and now the chat is full of unlock scammers..On XDA, there are literal adults that act like 10 year olds and have no idea what a “discussion” is. crap. Where can I go to actually discuss about ROM developments without literal idiots? And THAT'S why most of them moved to Github or Telegram.. where inevitably they did the same on Telegram and the dev quit and now the chat is full of unlock scammers..
They are on Sourceforge too..
You could probably try Telegram if the dev has one, and even if the dev isn't active in the chat, you can still d/l the roms and stuff for your device.crap. Where can I go to actually discuss about ROM developments without literal idiots?
I’m not allowed on TelegramYou could probably try Telegram if the dev has one, and even if the dev isn't active in the chat, you can still d/l the roms and stuff for your device.
In my case, I used the WETA Rom for my tablet but thankfully the roms and kernel links are still there even if the chat itself is pure chaos.. lol
But some devs are on SourceForge and some are on Github.
It is worth noting that Legacy GSI is out there too and supposedly will run on any device that can pass the treble check..
I have two chats that I follow for my devices. My phone is an LG V50S+ and I plan on getting their next successors to it even though they pulled their mobile division.. I went with them because they became the spiritual successor to Samsung phones for me, who started taking pages out of Apple's playbook even after the phone wars back then, but I still use their tablets and I have an international Galaxy Tab S4..
I follow the G8 chats because the V50S+ can run their roms too..
I am not sure what device you have, but I can link you to the Legacy GSI rom page on Github..
LineageOS has a Github too and so do many of the other devs.. and they tend to follow each other too..

You also might be able to find the devs if you look on XDA and then try and find them on Github, SourceForge or even Androidfilehost.
I have had to cycle between these sites myself just to amass a hoard of roms I have for all my devices. lol
Hope this helps and thanks for reminding me of how much of a tech geek I am.. and that I need to start advertising to find fellow tech geeks like us to chat with. I honestly forgot about that until I saw your post.
