Why? WWE already has both NXT and NXT UK.

That said, I think the current relationship works - TNA stars like Jordynne Grace get primo air time w/NXT and WWE gets to give its' wrestlers who aren't being used as much a chance to keep their skills fresh w/out going to a developmental territory as was the case when they worked w/Ohio Valley Wrestling back when Cornette was running it.

They killed off NXT UK about 2 years ago. But no, they dont need to buy anything, look at how AEW supposedly saved ROH.
