Have you ever felt unsafe while flying?

With a passion for travel I have got in and out of planes innumerous times and no I never felt unsafe.
I felt this way when hearing or knowing the truth that planes can crash anytime.
I cannot blame you. You must have been traumatized since then.
Seeing that on the tv was very upsetting. Every time we get on a flight, I always think that I hope the plane isn't hijacked or doesn't crash.
I must admit that my first plane flight was a bit scary moment for me. I had so many weird notions while riding on a plane at that time.
