How Low Can Some People Get!

I received a notice in the mail this morning about a rash of robberies taking place in my area. It appears there is someone (or more than one) driving around looking for packages that have been left by delivery on peoples front doorsteps. I know times are tough but this creep/creeps stole a package of insulin from the doorstep of an elderly woman not far down the road from me. She's on limited income and needs her insulin to survive. Not to mention all the other packages that are Christmas gifts that now can't be given.

I've ordered things an in the special instruction box have put: Do not leave without someone signing for delivery. The delivery people don't freakin' listen as I have found boxes left without me signing for them.

To thief/thieves: Merry Freakin' Christmas to you too!

Hello Dragon! I hope they catch the person/persons responsible for this! One of the neighbors closer than I am to this poor elderly came and asked if I wanted to donate money so she could get her insulin. Without blinking an eye, I gave him $50 to help her. It's nice how the neighbors here look after each other and I'm proud to be one of them!

All the neighbors around here help each other. We especially keep an eye on the elderly lady because she lives all alone. Bless her that she's 89 years old and still going strong. She's very healthy other than needing to take her insulin each day. The neighbor that asked me to donate has contacted her doctor. The doctor is going to call the local pharmacy to dispense more insulin. Thank goodness the doctor was in today otherwise, she'd needed to be brought to the clinic.

One thing I learned in life, is that there is no such thing as getting away with anything. You might evade the law but those who do evil will always get it back eventually. I wouldn't get mad because people like that just aren't worth the energy needed to be angry in the first place.

What money can do to people... I have a friend who steals from his own job and then has the audacity to brag about it in front of me. People like this disgust me...

Here in the UK we have a lot of metal thieves going around they will even steal your door handles wheelchairs man hole covers over head wires and they often target churches..But they have sunk to a all time low they are stealing urns from cemetrys.I believe they get £300 a ton for scrap metal so nothing is sacred .Train wires are another target they are so lucky they do not get killed as they take huge risks to get the metal..I think its getting worse as before xmas their seemed to be a huge amounts of metal thefts..
