*dusts off thread* Left Twitter (a/k/a X) about a week ago.
Well, didn't so much "leave" but had my acct. there "permanently suspended."

Oh well; may it crash and burn.

Why did that happen ? What were you doing on there?

Overnight I posted a tweet saying,

And the chickens are coming home to roost for the #ApartheidStateofIsarel.

A bad enough tweet - and given some of the things I've said over the years, that's saying something - but with Hamas's attacks against Israel overnight and today, way beyond the pale.

Since I already had two strikes against me, I was told my acct. was suspended until I removed the tweet.
I told them to pound sand; they effectively banned me from Twitter afterward.

Hence why I haven't been in the best of moods today; once more, my mouth said something that came back to bite me.

Elon Musk is typical of his ilk, namely arrogant, elitist and entitled. There are only 2 billionaires I have any respect for - Paul McCartney because he came from a humble background and got where he was on pure talent and Richard Branson because he gives back to society.

I've said it before and I'll say it again: if he ran Twitter or X (or whatever the its' called) the way heruns SpaceX, he'd be making money hand overr ass right now and no one would be running for the hills....
