Murder, definitely. If you unlawfully take away someone else's life then your life should be taken away as well.

None. I disagree with capital punishment. Sometimes, sentences can be judges incorrectly.
It's a very touchy subject.

i'm not for the death penalty for the simple fact that the courts and jurors get it wrong 1 too many times...

and yes, 1 is way too many in my book...
