Unfortunately as men are the primary perpetrators of both, and the practice seems to be covered in lampoonish ways that often shield the typical perpetrators when it comes to employee training to prevent this, I seriously doubt that this will happen in our lifetime.. and that is largely because no one takes this seriously until it happens to them or someone that they know.I hope we can build a culture where women are not afraid to speak out as victims of rape, in all industries and workplaces.

Having crimes be equally punishable is a perfect way to handle a world of blacks and whites, but not a world with shades of gray, i.e. our world.Should all crimes be equally punishable, or should circumstances decide the punishment?
What age would you say?I agree that we cannot punish all crimes equally as it depends on the circumstances. But I believe that juveniles of a certain age should be punished as an adult would because by then they know right from wrong.
How would you make exceptions for those with learning and developmental disabilities ?12 would be my suggestion.
Sounds reasonable to me; although, I have known of five and seven year old 'babies' who have performed some dastardly deeds.12 would be my suggestion.
Crazy that it takes way longer for celebrities to get charged with serious offences!!!

True true, never considered that foolishly 🤣The reason for this is because celebrities can afford better lawyers
True true, never considered that foolishly 🤣
But also celebrities drive the economy so I reckon it’s a political gamble too really
Oh yes and smartarse at finding loopholes in the law !In Canada they're constantly whining our native Indians make up the majority of people in prisons. Where I live when you read about a crime in the news and come across the names they are more often than not Indian. When they go to court the lawyer's name is usually the same too. "Public Defender." Getting a good lawyer doesn't mean a person is innocent, it only means they hired a good "Liar" who doesn't have to tell the "truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth."
