Well it's like Alcohol. Alcohol was banned for a long time, eventually after they got sick of the rebelling and smuggling of the Alcohol, the legalized it. At the start they didn't have perfect laws, but as time goe's on and more bad things happen, the whip will come down. It's sad it has to work like that, but eventually solid strict laws will be put in place.

As I showed on one of these pages above we still are not tough on drunk driving. Light sentences for killing someone while driving drunk seems to be the norm. It's gotta change before we throw more problems out there.

I live in Canada, we are one of those countries that give "slap on the wrists" for even murder. I agree with some of these sentences, if justified. I think if a teenager smoked some weed and accidentally went off the road and veered into a tree and got a careless driving charge. Let him go, let him learn on his own. But if he smoked weed, was high and knew going into the car that he was unable to drive properly, drove and hit a person and killed them. Then it is righteous to give him a hefty sentence. But, I also am a very faithful and karma filled man, I believe redemption should be allowed. We all deserve it.

I sort of agree with the teenager who hurt no one. But the courts should do something like take away his license for at least 5 years. But in todays courts that would a stiff penalty for the drunk driver who hurt someone which is basically a slap on the wrist. And I am speaking from idiot people I know let alone constantly read about.


I believe in redemption to a point. But some things can never be forgiven.

i think liberty is crazy for thinking weed has anything to do with the homeless problem in the united states today...

the homeless problem is due to not enough jobs for everyone that lives in this country, legally and illegally...

and on top of that, many and many reasons such as the cost of living factor with such a low pay rate (minimum wage), the economy as the way it is, it's hard and keeps getting harder for people that makes mistakes to overcome the difficulties of release after jail/prison to get a job and to live with no money or help, the system is a "set-up to fail" mainframe... and for the simple fact that you have people like liberty that gives two shits about people and giving people second chances when their crime wasn't major, deadly or violent... there's millions of unemployed and homeless that don't smoke weed or not a criminal... they just landed on hard times due to a reason or another, doesn't make those people losers as you say... it only means that this country is falling apart and crumbling due to incompetence and mismanagement, as well as greed and evil...

there's no proof, only "study's" and "people saying that these people are blaming weed"...

yeah, seems to me that they would be homeless regardless if they smoke the pot or not...

just because someone smokes weed or drinks doesn't make them a criminal, a convicted criminal nor a career criminal... over 2/3 of the worlds population either smokes weed, have tried weed in their life or will try or smoke it in the future... your mom, or grandma, or uncle, or even your priest smokes weed...

and you also get people like liberty that thinks he's fighting for liberty but more acting and talking like hitler if you ask me...

next, people like liberty are going to want people that feed the homeless to be jailed and the homeless to be shot, oh wait, that's already happening...

also, let me point out the lack of debating skills that liberty has when he thinks otherwise, which indeed makes me laugh out loud... and people are blindly buying his bs, which is the sad part of it all...
