Can you sleep in an unfamiliar place? How about on an airplane or on a bus?

In hotels or at a friend's house. No to the airplane or train.

I might not fall asleep as fast since I am out of my comfort zone, but I can do it.

Nope. It takes me a while to fall asleep. I did my sleep study a few years ago and felt nervous as hell.

I usually have issues falling asleep in a new environment. When I first moved into my house back in January, the first few nights were rough. Whenever I would spend the night at a friend's house or my grandmother's house when I was a kid, the first few nights would also be rough but then I would eventually get used to the house and could fall asleep.

I can sleep in an airplane. I don't see anything wrong with sleeping on an airplane especially when I am on a long journey.
