Can I point out that only about 19% of Muslims globally are ethnically Arab/live in the Middle East.
You'll find most Muslims in South East Asia. Fact.

This Arab/Middle East myth really does grind my gears.

Sure please do but only if it shows every single death ever done every year and explains in detail why that death occurred for each person so we can see why your quote that we cause the most deaths every year is lacking facts to make that quote wrong.

Yeah...at the very least, we're still waiting for most parts of the Middle East to enter the 20th century, much less the 21st century...

I don't even care if they modernize with technology. But sure wish the good ones I keep hearing are out there would stand up and say we have a problem with our religion and we need to fix it so we do not get this every week.
