    I try my best to respond to most people's, if not everyone's post on my own forum. However, yeah I have gone for weeks or months without having a reply made to a topic I created before. No biggie, really.

    Heh, a forum for members who are waiting to have their emails validated by the admin? Now that seems like an interesting concept, because they can still be a part of the community, only their access to certain features would be restricted. I kind of like that actually.

    We have a PM Spy Mod installed, but it never gets used. I don't read members PMs just for the heck of it or the giggles. If something suspicious turns up, then I'll check the logs as proof or whatever have you, but I don't go snooping in there just for the sake of snooping.

    Of all the names in the world, why would anyone want to name their kid Like? I prefer names like Hope or Faith over Like. Can you imagine what it would be like when she's old enough to attend school and she says, My name is Like? Wow, some people have crazy imaginations.

    I wouldn't change anything this time around because we are really doing well finally. Although if I ever did start afresh I would have my thoughts organized and know just what I wanted to do. I believe the only thing I did right this time around was get someone to help me.

    Same here. I mean, if it's someone who's never broken that rule before, then I'll be lenient with them and just issue a friendly verbal warning. Of course, obviously if it's someone who's done it a hundred times before, then yeah you probably would have to be a bit harder with each offense...

    Keep at it and never give up! I've had my forum for nine months now, and I still enjoy it. Sure, I've had days where I really want to give up and what-not, but I keep pushing myself because I really enjoy running a forum and I just love it and wouldn't change it for anything!
